form as well as other classical Taoist and natural qi gong, jing gong (relaxation movements) and related techniques. There will be a 14 day intensive in Vancouver as well as Nelson British Columbia. Each day will consist of morning instruction in Wu style tai ji quan as well as related techniques, followed by a break for lunch then afternoon lectures on Taoism, classic Chinese literature, Chinese medical theory, physics and the world of natural phenomenon.
