Complete the online application.

Return all application materials to us with a nonrefundable $50 application fee ( the application fee is payable online using the icon located at the bottom of the application form) before the application deadline.

Once we have received all your application materials (including transcripts and two academic references when applicable), your application will be reviewed by our admissions committee. Offers of admission are generally made within three weeks. You can then reserve your space in the program by submitting the appropriate confirmation materials and a non-refundable deposit.

Program Availability
While completing your application, keep an eye on our enrollment status to see which programs are filling. You may need to work fast to get your application to us, but don't hesitate to contact us if it seems your preferred program may not be available. We'll help you look at options and alternatives.  YEHS is flexible and can usually work to find a solution for every one's personal needs.

Ongoing Programs
If the program of your choice is full or if the date of the program does not fit your needs, we have an ongoing study program that is all year round and students are welcome to apply any time of the year.  By using the same application and payment system a student with special needs can attend clinical study year-round.  For those students who would like to attend longer programs please contact us for information,

Admissions Criteria
YEHS welcomes applications from undergraduate students who are in good academic standing at any college or university and who have completed at least one year of college-level coursework at the time of application. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.  All applicants should submit strong academic references and demonstrate a consistent academic record, clear motivation for study abroad, and an understanding of the program model.  If there are special circumstances or if you do not meet the above requirements please feel free to contact us.  We can usually work with students with special needs to assure enrollment in a program that suits your needs.
